I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains from my room. The false pricing of the room was a bit disappointing, but overall, the rooms and fixtures were beautiful. The service was exceptional and the staff very friendly, especially during breakfast. The location was perfect, close to the Rocky Top sports complex, and just across the street from everywhere in Gatlinburg. The dining experience could have been better, with not-so-good eggs, but the facilities were satisfactory.
